Flying the flag for the Kazakhstan, Command Strange has been making waves in the electronic music circles in recent months, with releases penned in for Metalheadz, Grid Recordings and Integral. He now switches tempos with two accomplished, rugged and soulful Dubstep productions. This excursion into the 130-140bpm tempos shows just how versatile a producer he is, as he crafts a sound that is unmistakeably his. 'Road Rage' is a gritty, rolling slice of Dubstep, with a dark driving bassline shifting through the gears. With deep, dark undertones, this track also has enough bounce and energy for it to work on the floor. 'Without You' finds Command Strange in a more introspective place. On a knife edge between euphoria and despair, this track is full of soul and emotion, and for a debut dubstep release shows a maturity of production beyond his years.
