WND006 A. M.U.G.E.N ( Jakes Remix ) B. M.U.G.E.N ( Wonder 128 Remix ) Release date 02/05/11 Well it seems, that after an eternity as dubplates, the DJ Wonder 128 mix and the Jakes mix are finally getting released. Wonder's 128 mix updates the original to a throbbing, insistent groove. Complete with Tribal style drums, additional percussion and a growing sense of pressure from the bass before throwing it into some classic 2step territory. Jakes on the other hand is...well it's Jakes. Mangled vocals, an elastic and hypnotic bassline and the sparse drum arrangements, smashing up dance floors all over. Definitely a favourite in all dj's crates/cd wallets.
